Closed captioning of IP video
WRAL-TV and jshu.net are in compliance with FCC requirements to provide closed captioning of streaming video on our website that aired live on WRAL-TV or which first aired on TV and was later made available on the Internet, such as stories from our newscast. When viewing this video, look for a small "CC" button in the bottom right corner of the video. The button allows the user to toggle closed-captioning on and off.
The FCC does not require closed captioning of video created exclusively for the web and mobile devices.
