Woman missing in Cumberland County after hurricane found safe

Officials in Cumberland County say a woman reported missing after Hurricane Matthew has been found safe.

Fayetteville police said Tuesday that Christy Woods was found safe, and the department currently has no other reports of missing people.

Cumberland officials said emergency officials in the county have transitioned to recovery mode operations because floodwaters are receding in many parts of the county.
