Attorneys are waiting on the results of a second mental evaluation to move ahead with the prosecution of the man accused of shooting a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill faculty member on Aug. 28.
A previous evaluation showed that Tailei Qi lacks the mental capacity to be tried for the crime.
