Sept. 11-13: Jaipur Literature Festival - JLF North Carolina will host their third literature festival that celebrates the many arts and histories of the ‘City of Oaks’ with thought-provoking conversations, compelling performances, and enlightening cultural experiences.

Sept. 12: Lakeside Retreats Family Fest - Yoga, bubbles, a south bath, s'mores, martial arts, vendors, food trucks and more. This event is free.
Sept. 12: Carolina Circus Festival: The Greatest Show - This free Cary festival is a full day of aerial performances, fire and LED entertainment, interactive circus workshops, local artisan vendors, delicious food trucks and activities for all ages.

Sept. 11-12: NC Hot Sauce Contest and Festival - Hot sauce and a pepper-eating contest in Oxford.
Sept. 12: Whiskey, Wine & Fire - The festival at Koka Booth will feature whiskey bars, wines and cocktails, music, food trucks and firepits.
Sept. 13: Dinner in the Meadow - The dinner at Meadow Lane Farm in Louisburg is a fundraiser that supports a non-profit organization that helps small farms in North Carolina.
