Six people were arrested early Saturday morning after special agents with the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division (ALE) executed a search warrant at an alleged illegal nightclub on Dearborn Drive in Durham.

During the search, agents found an operating bar, guns and drugs, according to investigators.

Officers seized 4.8 ounces of cocaine, eight grams of methamphetamine, five guns, liquor and cash.

Among those arrested were Angela Johanna Calderon Rodriguez, 29, and Luis Alberto Rodriguez, 22, both of Durham. They face the following charges:

  • Felony trafficking cocaine
    • Conspiracy to traffic cocaine
      • Felony maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances
        • Misdemeanor possession or sale of alcoholic beverages without a permit

          Four others were also arrested.

          Enrique Doscamino, 40, of Durham, is charged with felony possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, felony possession with intent to sell and deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

          Josue Hostilio Caceres Rodriguez, 37, of Durham, is charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

          Kevin Chanas Rios, 25, of Raleigh, is charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

          Cesar Guillermo Raudales-Matute, 54, of Durham, is charged with felony possession of cocaine.

          The investigation is ongoing, and officers said additional charges are anticipated.
