Carolina Hurricanes players will join pickleball teams on the court Thursday evening in Cary.

The Stanley Cup, along with past and present Canes champions, will be at the Veiola Pickleball National Championships at the Cary Tennis Park.

Fans can meet players and take photos with the cup before watching their favorite hockey players take on some of the nation's best pickleball athletes. 

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a Stormy meet-and-greet and Stanley Cup photo opportunities. At 7 p.m., the Canes players will take to the pickleball court. Hurricanes Sebastian Aho, Andrei Svechnikov, Cam Ward, and Justin Williams will play in Thursday's game.

Tickets are still available. VIP tickets include player meet-and-greets, reserved priority seating, food and drinks, and priority access to photos with the cup. 

A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation.
