Chatham County Sheriff's office are asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.
Lamar Asim McNeil was last seen on Sunday, July 5. The Chatham County Sheriff's office say McNeil's last text message to his mother was around 9:45 p.m., before his disappearance.

McNeil is described as 5-feet 11-inches tall and was last seen wearing a gray shirt, gray sweatpants and black slide sandals.
Investigators searched Lamar's residence and found printed walking directions on Monday, July 6. His phone was also left behind. They believe he may be headed towards the Owls Roost Trail/Atlantic & Yadkin Greenway in Greensboro.
Authorities say Lamar is without needed medication and are concerned for his well-being.
Anyone with any information about his whereabouts is asked to call Chatham County Sheriff department.
