One person shot in overnight shooting, Cumberland County Sheriff's Office investigate

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a person was shot on Sunday.

Sheriff’s deputies said the shooting happened just after midnight on Owen Drive. When they arrived, deputies said the person had been shot in the leg.

The person was taken to the nearby hospital and is expected to be OK.

Deputies have not released the name of the person shot or any information about a possible suspect.
