North Carolina State Highway Patrol said a person has been arrested after leading troopers on a chase before crashing along NC-24 on Tuesday.
Troopers said the chase started after the driver did not pull over for a traffic stop in Cumberland County. Troopers said the driver had been speeding.

The driver then led troopers into Sampson County before turning and heading back into Cumberland.
Troopers said a rolling roadblock was set up to stop the driver. The driver crashed into a Stedman police car and a State Trooper car.
Troopers have not released the name of the person involved. They were then taken into custody and are being held in the Cumberland County jail.
