WRAL News is working to learn if fireworks started a large fire at a Dunn apartment building Saturday night.
The fire was reported around 11 p.m. at the apartment complex off East Pope Street. At least one person was rescued from the burning building.

Neighbors told WRAL News that a firework went through a front window of the apartment and caught fire. There was a hole in one of the apartment's windows, but that information has not been confirmed by authorities.
Firefighter and EMS units came from two counties to extinguish the flames and rescue the victims.
The entire apartment building was evacuated, and the residents who had to relocate are receiving assistance from the American Red Cross.
