A man is in the hospital Tuesday after police officers said he was hurt in a drive-by shooting at a Durham cemetery.
According to the Durham Police Department, officers were called to reports of shots fired around 4:49 p.m. on Morehead Avenue. When they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound.

Sky 5 flew over the scene, which appeared to be at a cemetery.
In their preliminary investigation, police officers determined the man was shot by a passenger in a passing vehicle.
The man is in the hospital with serious injuries and police said their investigation is ongoing.
