A family in Durham has been displaced after a home caught on fire on Thursday.
Fire crews were called to a home on South Miami Boulevard. When crews arrived, officials said they found smoke coming from the roof of the home. It took about 10 minutes for firefighters to put the fire out, officials said.

No injuries were reported from Thursday’s fire. Officials said an adult, five children and two dogs were displaced. The American Red Cross is working with the family.
South Miami Boulevard was temporarily closed but has since reopened. Officials said the investigation is still ongoing.
