Police officers arrested a Fayetteville man for allegedly distributing and possessing child pornography.
Emanuel Wactor, 24, is charged with 35 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 35 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Fayetteville police arrested Wactor around 6:22 a.m. Tuesday along Watauga Road near Hope Mills Road.
Authorities are holding Wactor on an $800,000 bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
