Highway 70 in Wayne County closed due to crash

North Carolina State Highway Patrol said it is investigating an crash on Highway 70 in Wayne County.

It happened at 1:56 p.m. Friday near Walnut Creek Drive.

Troopers said the accident caused power line damage.

Wayne County Government said Highway 70 is expected to be closed until at least 6 p.m. Friday.
