Hoke County deputies search for man accused of armed robbery at Dollar General Store in Raeford

Raeford — The Hoke County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a man accused of an armed robbery at a Dollar General Store.

The sheriff's office said it happened at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday at 147 Davis Bridge Road.

According to the sheriff's office, while employees were closing the store, a man came from the side of the building with a gun and forced the employee inside the store. The man took cash and ran from the store, the sheriff's office said.

The sheriff's office said no one was injured in the incident.
