Fayetteville police have identified a person responsible for a deadly shooting on Sunday.

Police said 17-year-old Justice Miller has been arrested and faces first-degree murder charges after he was accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Harryson Anderson. Officers said the shooting happened at a house party on Graystone Drive.
