This is not the first time Henderson has faced such charges. A WRAL report from 2014 said police charged him after Target security guards saw him acting suspiciously near a woman at the Brier Creek location. He was also convicted of attempted secret peeping and attempted violation of phone privacy in 2006, according to state Department of Correction records.
Police said that in July, Henderson took pictures of a 21-year-old woman at a store on Poyner Anchor Lane in Raleigh. They said he also took pictures of an approximately 40-year-old woman at another store on Sumner Boulevard in Raleigh.
One woman involved in the peeping told WRAL, "It feels truly disgusting. Immediately, I felt very upset, violated, and scared."
"I was looking in the mirror, and I saw in the reflection a phone pointed down at me coming from the stall beside me. I immediately started screaming and walked out of the stall, where I saw him facing me, and I started screaming at him."
Durham Police said Henderson took pictures of a woman at the New Nearly New store on Aug. 5.
Henderson is a registered sex offender. He faces two counts of felony secret peeping in Wake County and one count in Durham County.
Henderson will be in court on Aug. 31.
