A man was sentenced to eight to 10 years in prison for fatal hit-and-run crash in 2024 that killed a 24-year-old mother.
Robert Brad Willams pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony hit-and-run, resulting in the death of Kortney Summer Atkins.

The court labeled him as a habitual felon, which elevated both offenses from Class F felonies to Class C felonies, resulting in longer active prison sentences.
Williams was convicted and sentenced to 96-128 months in federal prison.
