A man faces serious charges and is being held without bond in Wake County after police say he broke into a mental health facility, kidnapped at least two people, raped one and attempted to rape another.
Devin Lilly is charged with multiple felonies.

Court documents show that on Jan. 15, he is alleged to have broken into WakeMed Mental Health and Well-Being Hospital-WakeBrook on Sunnybrook Road in Raleigh.
He faces charges of:
- first-degree kidnapping
- second-degree forcible rape
- attempted second-degree forcible rape
- breaking and entering to terrorize and injure
- multiple counts of misdemeanor sexual battery.
WakeMed said in a statement:
"The person charged is not a WakeMed employee. WakeMed has a longstanding, zero-tolerance policy in place to protect the safety and well-being of our staff and those we serve. We take any allegation of harm extremely seriously. We are cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation."
Lilly appeared in court on Tuesday and remains in custody with no bond. He was given a court appointed attorney and his next court date is Feb. 16.
