Caught on camera: Harnett County woman says she was robbed at gunpoint, thieves steal $6

A Harnett County woman posted doorbell camera video to Facebook showing two people breaking into her home and robbing her at gunpoint.

Melinda Martin said two people showed up early Monday to her Cameron home along Ted Brown Road, with one of them holding a gun.

"By the time I got my bearings, [there] was a gun in my face," Martin said.

Martin said she told the thieves she didn’t have any money and whatever she had was in the bank. She said the thieves stole $6 and her medication.

"I'm just nervous. I can't go back to sleep," Martin said. "It's like, I don't want to sleep in this house anymore ... I don't want to be here."

Martin said she is planning to leave after the incident.

"My son doesn't want me spending another night here," Martin said.

Martin said she believes the robbery was targeted.
