A K-9 with the Nash County Sheriff’s Office helped deputies in a drug bust on Tuesday during a traffic stop on I-95 South.
Waldo helped sniff out nearly two kilograms of cocaine and a large amount of cash. This comes as deputies said they were attempting to pull over a white minivan around 1:45 p.m.

When they pulled the minivan over, deputies found Harry Rodriguez Felix of Pennsylvania and Marcos Josuel Rivera Garcia of Maryland inside. Felix, the driver, did not have a license.
Deputies issued a citation for the license violation and gave a warning for the initial traffic violation.
During their interaction with the two men inside the minivan, deputies said they smelled marijuana coming from the van which led to a search of the vehicle.
Both Felix and Garcia are charged with conspiracy to commit felony, two counts of trafficking cocaine and maintaining a vehicle for use, storage or sale of a controlled substance.
They are being held in the Nash County Detention Center under $2,500,000 secured bond.
