Durham fire crews are working to learn what caused a fire at a home on Wednesday.
Crews were called around 6 p.m. to a home on Sprunt Avenue. When they arrived, crews say they saw flames coming from the back of the 2-story home.

WRAL's Sky 5 flew over the fire, where a large plume of smoke was seen coming from the home.
Officials said 48 firefighters responded to the fire and were able to get it under control in 30 minutes.
Officials said a man who lived in the home escaped with minor burns before crews arrived. He was treated by EMS on the scene.
No other injuries were reported. Officials said the American Red Cross is helping the man who was displaced.
