A police chase that begun in Candor, Montgomery County ended with two people hospitalized.
The nearly 20-mile chase ended around 1:30 a.m. Friday when a car hit a power pole and flipped over on Hoffman Road near Oakland Lane in Foxfire according to troopers on the scene.

When the car overturned one of the occupants was pinned and their arm was trapped under the roof of the vehicle. Fire officials used airbags to lift the car enough to pull the person out. Two people were transported to First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst with non-life-threatening injuries.
Multiple jurisdictions responded to the scene including Moore County EMS, Moore County Sheriff's Office, N.C. State Highway Patrol, West End Fire and Rescue, and Candor Police Department.
