Demonstrations are taking place nationwide as many mourn the death of political activist Charlie Kirk after he was shot and killed last week while at an event at Utah Valley University.

Hundreds gathered at Moore Square, where there have been tense moments ahead of the events planned, including one man being questioned by law enforcement.
Demonstrators have also gathered at the Halifax Mall, where things have been peaceful so far.
