A woman is recovering after being stabbed early Thursday morning in Raleigh. 

Police said they responded to the Moore Square bus station on South Blount street around 1:30 a.m. They arrived and found a woman wounded from a stabbing. She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening wounds.

Investigators say it's unclear if the incident happened at the bus stop or if the woman just appeared there. So far, no arrests have been made.
