Cumberland County deputies utilized satellite-based monitoring to arrest three registered sex offenders found within 300 feet of the kid zone at the annual Dogwood Festival.

Cumberland County deputies arrested three registered six offenders within 300 feet of the kid zone at the annual Dogwood Festival.

Deputies arrested Jeffrey Owen, Antonio Little and Antowin Rankin on April 24-25 using satellite-based monitoring.

Owen and Little appeared in court on Tuesday, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Owen and Ranked each received a $50,000 secured bond, while Little received a $25,000 secured bond.
