A third person has been taken into custody in the case of a mother and her 1-year-old daughter being taken at gunpoint from their Wake County home on Tuesday morning.
Eleodoro "Leo" Estrada-Hernandez was arrested by the FBI in Knightdale on Friday morning. The 37-year-old is charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping, one count of second-degree kidnapping, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of assault by pointing a firearm.

Estrada-Hernandez will be taken to the Wake County Detention Center. His first court appearance is expected on Monday.
Early Tuesday morning, Grecia Salome Alejandro-Benitez and her mother Alondra Michelle Benitez De Jesus were taken from their Garner home on Buck Branch Drive. The kidnapping prompted authorities to issue an Amber Alert around 2 a.m. Tuesday. Police found the mother and child unharmed around 7:45 a.m. Tuesday at a Wake Forest home.
Two others were arrested and charged in connection with the kidnapping. Siblings Paola Duran Duran and Miguel Angel Duran Duran were denied bond on Wednesday.
Paola Duran Duran, 25, is charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping and one count of second-degree kidnapping.
Miguel Angel Duran Duran, 23 is charged with two counts of first-degree kidnapping and one count of second-degree kidnapping.
On Tuesday, authorities arrested both the siblings. They both have a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement [ICE]. It means ICE requests for local law enforcement to hold each suspect for an additional two days beyond their release date.
On Wednesday inside the courtroom, neither suspect offered much comment, but prosecutors had plenty to say.
Through a court-appointed interpreter, Paola Duran Duran and Miguel Angel Duran Duran faced a judge, who labeled the siblings as significant flight risks.
Investigators say the Durans broke into a Garner home on Tuesday, armed with guns and allegedly made a demand for $1 million.
When their demands weren't met, detectives say they tied up the man inside and kidnapped his wife and infant daughter.
The FBI and the State Bureau of Investigation teamed up and found the Durans.
Authorities are holding the siblings at the Wake County Detention Center.
On Wednesday, Miguel Angel Duran Duran asked for a court-appointed attorney and Paola Duran Duran did not.
Both are due back in court on May 21.
