Four men were arrested for stealing dirt bikes, cars and construction equipment.
The Raleigh Police Department, The State Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies have been investigating this criminal group for months.

In October 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office began investigating construction machines stolen from Bobcat of Asheboro and asked the NC SBI to help investigate the case.
Raleigh Police made the connection between that investigation and a Triangle-based group of alleged thieves.
The group is suspected of stealing vehicles, dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs and heavy equipment from across the state including a high-profile theft of 17 dirt bikes in Yadkin County and commercial equipment from Charlotte.
"Those championship bikes are irreplaceable," said Kailub Russell, an eight-time Grand National Cross Country champion dirtbike racer, who told WRAL News it was his bikes that were stolen.
"I just said, 'How?' It was very surreal, eerie. I didn't know what to make of it."
According to Russell, the bikes, collectively, were worth more than $200,000. Russell told WRAL News that he hired a private investigator to stake out the house in Raleigh to get video because he was frustrated with the speed of the investigation.
"There's a sense of satisfaction knowing that, you know, we got you, we got you. And then, you know, once I sent that video to the police, and it was the exact opposite feeling," Russell said. "It was let down and disappointment and a bitter angst of anxiety that just didn't make any sense."
He said that while he handed over the video to the Raleigh Police Department, he felt that it took too long to find and arrest suspects, which he believes were costly.
"I knew two of my bikes were in that home, and once they actually busted the place, there's only one of my bikes at that location," Russell said.
Anthony Devon White, Roger Amir Bell, Damon Jaquan Gresham, Brian Duane Jones have been arrested so far.
When law enforcement arrested the men, they also found eight firearms, numerous stolen items, drugs and cash.
The investigation is on going and more arrests are expected.
