State Highway Patrol investigating after vehicle found submerged in Cumberland County creek

Troopers said the vehicle was found submerged along Cedar Creek Road in Cumberland County. Troopers said there was no one inside the vehicle when it was recovered and the investigation is still ongoing.

State Highway Patrol investigating after vehicle found submerged in Cumberland County creek

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol is investigating after a vehicle was found submerged in a creek in Cumberland County.

Troopers said the vehicle was found along Cedar Creek Road (NC-53) early Saturday morning. Troopers believe the vehicle was traveling east on NC-53 before driving off the roadway and into the water.
