GEORGETOWN, S.C. (WMBF) - A woman is charged in Georgetown after a children's charity said they were missing money. 

Kids' Chance of South Carolina is a non-profit and private donation college and vocational school scholarship program for children whose parents were killed or seriously injured in a work-related incidents.

The charity's only paid employee, Angela Kohl, was arrested Friday afternoon.

Kohl is accused of stealing $118,000 from the accounts of Kids' Chance of South Carolina over an 18-month-period. 

She is being charged with breach of trust with fraudlent intent and computer crime act. 

The charity said Kohl resigned for undisclosed health reasons a few weeks after they questioned her over the missing funds.
