UNC fans react to news of Hubert Davis' firing

WRAL News was on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus on Tuesday night after the news broke about Davis' firing.

"I like Hubert as a guy, but you [have to] make a change," UNC fan Eli Pope said. "You look back at the last few years and we keep giving away double-digit leads, and that comes down to playing your guys for too long and not subbing."

Pope also discussed ESPN analyst Jay Williams' commentary this week, when he questioned whether UNC remained a blue-blood program.

"When you have Jay Williams saying we're not a blue-blood anymore, something's [has to] happen," Pope said. "Something [has] got to change."
