A new high-rise in downtown Raleigh's warehouse district is filling up with tenants.
The Dillon, a mixed-use development, includes an 18-story office tower with retail space and two six-story apartment buildings. It takes up an entire city block bound by S. West Street, W. Martin Street, S. Harrington Street and W. Hargett Street.

Representatives say the apartments are currently 20 percent occupied and 40 percent of the units in both buildings are already leased. Residents have access to a skywalk that takes them to a large fitness center. Around the corner from the fitness center, there is a large rooftop terrace, which can be used for events.
Urban Outfitters will become the first national clothing chain to open downtown opens on the ground level of The Dillon this year. Other tenants of The Dillon will include Heirloom Brewshop,a specialty coffee shop, premium tea house and sake bar,O-Ku sushi barand Barcelona Wine Bar.
Popular co-op food market Weaver Street Market will also be opening a location in The Dillon. The Raleigh location, which is slated to open in the summer, will offer fresh produce from local growers, prepared foods from the co-op’s kitchen and bakery and a large selection of beer and wine, which will also be sold by the glass. The market will also include a tasting kitchen for cooking demos and event space.
