A boy was injured after a fall at Hanging Rock State Park on Sunday afternoon.

Stokes County Communications confirmed the fall, according to WXII. Officials said the call came in at 12:13 p.m.

The boy was transported to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, but officials say his condition is unknown. At the time of the fall, officials said the boy appeared to be with a small family group.
