The North Carolina Zoo welcomed its newest member of its baboon habitat on Monday.
The zoo introduced Winnie on its Facebook page. The zoo said the baby baboon is the daughter of Babu, the father, and Candy, the mother.

According to the zoo, Winnie is already out in the habitat and guests can see her at the zoo. Baby baboons are much darker than their parents when they're born, the zoo said.
"Winnie will be hanging onto mom for a while as she continues to nurse and grow," the zoo said.
