Video footage shows sex offender going in and out of Fuquay-Varina home

On Wednesday morning, Harnett County deputies said Sipes was rummaging through the drawers of the 12-year-old neighbor while she, her mother and 8-month-old sister slept. Surveillance video shows the man going in and out of the Fuquay-Varina home.
