Arson suspect in Spokane wildfire case faces court

Aaron Farinacci, a 37-year-old man, is accused of being responsible for the most destructive wildfire in the Spokane area, known as the Old Trails fire. He has been charged with first-degree arson in connection with this incident. Authorities report that tips from local residents regarding suspicious activities prior to the fire played a crucial role in leading to his arrest. Following these tips, additional evidence was gathered, solidifying the case against Farinacci. He is currently being held on a bail amount of $1 million.
