National Guard rolls out with water for Morganton, Asheville, Weaverville
Almost 800 members of the North Carolina National Guard are delivering supplies Tuesday to areas hard hit by Hurricane Helene.

That includes just about 800 members of the North Carolina
National Guard who have been sent on missions in some
of the hardest hit parts of our state
Working around the clock delivering much needed supplies to some
of the areas hardest hit by Helene Wrl
News joined the North Carolina National Guard for two days
traveling from Burlington to Morganton then to Asheville spending the
night in Weaver so far they tell us they've delivered
100,000 pounds of goods to Asheville alone and working with
other teams to rescue more than 400 people and they
aren't done yet with days of recovery to go
